Information for Recruiters:

Take part in the upcoming virtual cruise job fair dedicated exclusively to German-speaking candidates.

Candidates for positions in the following departments will be invited to the event:

• Housekeeping – housekeepers, cabin attendants, cleaners, laundry staff, etc.
• Food & Beverages – restaurant and bar managers, chefs, maitre d’hotel, waiters/waitresses, butchers, bakers, bartenders, baristas, sommeliers, etc.
• Provisions – provision masters, storekeepers
• Guest Services – guest services managers and officers, receptionists, international hosts/hostesses, etc.
• Childcare – youth activity staff
• Spa & Sports – spa managers, beauticians, hairdressers, massage therapists, fitness instructors, etc.
• Photography – photographers and videographers
• Retail – Shop managers, retail assistants, jewellery and watch specialists
• Shore Excursions - shorex managers and guides
• Management – hotel directors, chief engineers, chief pursers, cruise directors, F&B managers, HR managers, etc.

All candidates attending the career fair confirm they have fluent or advanced German language skills.

Recruiters may narrow down the candidate requirements. For example, you may only interview F&B and Housekeeping candidates from the EU.

The job fair will take 3 hours. We expect about 50-80 candidates matching the above criteria to attend the event. You can expect to be able to interview at least 30 candidates per recruiter during the duration of the job fair. We recommend at least 2 recruiters per company should take part in the event.
