Cast-A-Way started in the industry specializing in Entertainment staffing for two major cruise lines: Carnival Cruise Line and Disney Cruise Lines. Within its first few years, it rapidly increased its hiring specialties along with expanding its operations to the USA, UK, and Australia.
Over its 24 years, Cast-A-Way has welcomed other cruise lines, land-based companies, concessions, as well as resorts and spas to its operations. Furthermore, hiring specialties also expanded to include all Senior Management, Staff and Crew positions.
Cast-A-Way has recruited for companies such as Disney, Carnival Corp brands (Princess, Holland America, P&O), ResidenSea, RCCL, Starboard Cruise Services, Dufry, Harding Brothers, Heinemann, Effy Jewelry, The Ship’s Photographers, Steiner, Canyon Ranch Spas, MSC, Artlink, AG resorts, and Club Med.
In 2016 Cast-A-Way repositioned its branding as a Global Talent Acquisition Partner and spread its wings to offices in Eastern Europe, Caribbean, Mexico, South America, and Africa.
In 2020 Cast-A-Way launched its Online Academy and now offers specialized courses to help crew members around the world best prepare for their job search journey!
