The primary function of Art Sales Associates is to generate leads and sales, market the onboard art program, and arrange gallery and auction displays while maintaining a positive attitude and enthusiastic work ethic.

Job Responsibilities:

• Curate and set up art displays in high-traffic cruise areas
• Engage guests in consultative conversations to promote the onboard gallery
• Independently manage the full art sales process
• Handle client invoices and address shipping, payment, and fulfillment questions
• Prioritize punctuality for events and participate in safety training
• Maintain a promotional mindset, consistently marketing artwork
• Foster positive relationships with shipboard management, staff, and crew
• Stay open to both positive and constructive feedback
• Demonstrate willingness to enhance knowledge and adapt to program changes
