Role Summary:

• Support, maintain, monitor and repair an extensive array of Onboard IT Systems, to the highest of standards and within Service Level Agreements. This includes server and storage, network infrastructure and hardware, supporting End user computing devices (PCs, POS Terminals, laptops, tablets, mobile phones etc.) software, applications, VSAT, printers, scanners, IATV, IP Phones and more.
• Responding to user requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring that incidents are resolved with minimal impact to service and operations whilst also making sure that accurate and timely records are maintained in the ticketing system.
• Lead, coach and mentor a team of high performing IT Technicians.
• Working closely with shoreside teams and vendors, keeping customers updated of progress and escalating when required.
• Actively promoting IT Security and compliance process and procedures on-board and are responsible for applying the latest security updates.
• Working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, helping deliver unforgettable holiday happiness to our guests where no two days are the same.
