Deck and Technical Virtual Career Fair

Carnival UK is delighted to invite you to participate in our upcoming virtual career fair for Engineering and Deck Officers.

The virtual career fair is an excellent opportunity for you to learn more about P&O Cruises and Cunard Cruise Line and the exciting career opportunities that we offer. This event will be held entirely online, so you can attend from the comfort of your own home. During the fair, you will be able to connect with our recruitment team, learn more about the roles available, and ask any questions that you may have.

We are currently seeking candidates for the following positions:

• 2nd Engineer
• 2nd Electro Technical Officer
• 3rd Electro Technical Officer
• 2nd Ventilation/HVAC Officer
• Staff Chief Engineer
• 2nd Deck Officer

Requirements:

• National of one of the countries in Europe;
• Current in-rank cruise experience mandatory for 2nd Engineer and 2nd Officer positions with current watchkeeping experience;
• Cruise experience desirable for 3rd positions but will consider previous cadetships, tankers, or cargo experience;
• Good command of written and spoken English;
• Passed Marlins English test of Proficiency (where applicable);
• Valid ENG1 medical certificate or equivalent for the duration of each voyage;
• Ability to obtain a C1D Visa;
• Unlimited COC (Certificate of Competency);
• Basic and advanced STCW certificates relevant to the role;
